Exhibiting at SNP Spring Conference 2019

Booking an exhibition stall provides your organisation with the opportunity to speak face to face with our parliamentarians, councillors, members and staff.

Each space includes:

• Two complimentary exhibitor passes per day to staff your stall - if you require additional passes for any day these can be purchased

• Standard shell scheme stall walls to your specific requirements

• 1 x Single Socket

• 1 x Single LED light (Fitted behind the front Fascia panel

• 1 x Name Board (Black lettering on a white background) fitted to front fascia

• 1 x Table (Either Round Bistro or Trestle) type to be advised by each exhibitor. Please note:- Trestle tables will include either a White or Black table cloth as requested & Bistro tables are 800mm round and can have a choice of either Steel surface or Black surface

• 2 x Padded chairs

• 1 x White waste bin complete with 2 x bin liners (Emptied & liners replaced as required)

• A listing in the conference handbook, including your stall number
